Tofino, on Vancouver Island’s west coast, is home to a new development called The Shore.

Vic Van Isle starts construction at Tofino’s latest development, The Shore

Designed by Eleven Eleven Architecture, The Shore’s concrete-and-steel structure will feature 27 residential units overlooking Clayoquot Sound, eight commercial units and an underground parking facility.

Developer Moss Development has hired Vic Van Isle as the general contractor on the project.

A number of consulting engineers are also involved, including Avalon Mechanical Consulting Ltd., Herold Engineering Ltd. (civil and structural), RB Engineering Ltd. (electrical) and Morrison Hershfield Ltd. (other consulting engineering services).
